We are a locally owned breakfast pop-up serving Tacoma's best Burritos and Bowls. Our signature? Everything gets the gravy treatment. We believe in big flavors and small footprints, which is why we serve our food in 100% compostable packaging and source at least a quarter of our menu inputs from PNW family farms. We are proud to feed the Tacoma community with food that is fresh, hot, and locally rooted.
Our Market Style
We noticed a serious lack of breakfast foods while veggie and flower shopping at Markets so we decided to intervene. The Gravy Train is our way of bringing hot, messy comfort food to the freshest place in town. We love being part of a community where you can shake the hand that grew your onions—and then immediately smother those onions in cheese and sauce. It’s the circle of life, delicious style.
